New: VIEWMEDIC EV-C119
The monitor for medical video applications
MeDiSol adds a new monitor to its product range, now also satisfying the demands of endoscopy.
The goal when developing the new VIEWMEDIC EV-C119 was the flawless, authentic reproduction of moving images and optimised compatibility with the numerous different video display systems. The device will make its debut at IteG 2007 in Berlin.
A new price class
The new VIEWMEDIC EV-C119 is the first monitor for endoscopy, ultrasound, cardiology and anaesthesia applications priced at less than 2,200. At present, no other supplier looks likely to match this price-performance ratio. And this 19" device has all the features one would expect from a modalities monitor: including versatile signal inputs and outputs, colour-fast display, excellent viewing angle and optimised reproduction of moving images.
DICOM®-Preset
As well as a number of different colour presets, the EV-C119 also has the VIEWMEDIC DICOM®-Preset function. This can be activated by the push of a button and displays the images in conformity with the DICOM characteristic curve.
Latest panel technology, including protective screen
VIEWMEDIC EV-C119 features integrated, state-of-the art panels. These guarantee high intensity of up to 450cd/m², which benefits the bright environment common to ORs and treatment rooms. The panel is protected by an optically non-reflecting glass screen, which makes for easy cleaning. The keypad membrane also has a smooth, wipe-clean surface.
Power supply
The standard version of the EV-C119 has an integrated power pack. Another version for 24V operation, ideal for use in ORs, is also available.
The EV-C119 is on sale immediately from MeDiSol dealers.
