TOTOKU ME 351i

The TOTOKU ME351i incorporates an integrated front luminance sensor and an internal temperature sensor which collects, analyzes and stabilizes luminance, eliminating backlight fluctuation. Additionally, the backlight rise time achieves DICOM calibrated luminance levels in under a minute.

This new generation of luminance technology is called λ-Sentinel II®.This model also features high brightness and contrast ratios of (700cd/m² and 900:1 respectively), exceptional 170° viewing angles and 11-bit displayable grayscale, achieving 2048 shades of gray from a palette of 3826.

The TOTOKU ME351i is DICOM compliant and includes an integrated hardware pivot function for a quick switch from landscape to portrait without the use of third party pivot software.

The calibration function creates the optimum conditions for a medical imaging display by adjusting luminance levels, color temperature, and grayscale characteristics to achieve DICOM GSDF compliant grayscale output.

Luminance stabilizing system provides continuously stable displays for medical images

A change in luminance affects gamma characteristics and therefore has adverse effects on diagnostic imaging. TOTOKU's medical image displays are equipped with a luminance stabilizing system that automatically compensates for luminance changes due to startup drift, temperature change, and aging.
